Well that blizzard hit us on Friday into Saturday. It lasted about 26 hours, when it was done we had the most snowfall in all of Maryland. The Official number was 38.3 inches! Can you believe it, we even had thunder snow in our town. The lightening and thunder carried on for 30 minutes.
This is the start of the Great blizzard of 2010, started about 3 pm.
Saturday by noon- still snowing
Saturday at 5 pm starting to see the ended.
Still blowing and some snow still falling

We are expected 12 to 24 inches today into Wednesday, where will we put the snow? Forget school our county can't even get around. Some street communities are digging themselves out of their street. I told hubby I am going to dig around the clock through this next storm. He said we can take shifts. We really do not want to dig out two feet of snow. The over three feet was enough. Oh this is some winter, Oh yes, I wanted to go to Alaska but Nature brought it to me.
What a snow storm!!! I'm sure glad that I moved to the deep south. LOL That looks beautiful tho...in photos. Not so pretty when you have to contend with it all tho. Right?

ReplyDeleteWooow! That's a heavy snowstorm! I barely see the slider in the park now. If only you can transfer few tons of the snow here to Singapore, we will be happy to received :)
