I took this during the night blizzard. The snowflakes were so big and beautiful. snow at night it just a wonderful thing to me. We have what Hubby calls Stadium lights in the back yard. I turned them on and snap the photo.

Of course I"m looking for the red in the snow. I LOVE the photo though. Those flakes are IN ACTION. Also, I played all of your wind chime video clips at once. Very calming.

Your garden is lovely in winter!
ReplyDeleteThe slide?
ReplyDeleteYour photo is stunning.
Very pretty photo.
ReplyDeletePretty well-hidden ruby. I searched and searched before I spied the slide. Lovely photo. The snow falling against the lights' glow is perfect.
ReplyDeleteI had to look several times but then I saw it in the background ! well hidden, lol ! It's a slide or chute (don't know the word) Take the same picture without snow please, I have enough of this white stuff now !
ReplyDeleteGreat shot of the snow flakes. Happy RT!
ReplyDeleteMoms... Check Nyo
I think I was going blind, but then I saw it. I have to agree with Gattina, I think it's a slide.
ReplyDeleteHappy RT!

ReplyDeleteI just KNOW the RED slide in your yard, Auntie E! Happy Ruby Tuesday!! :)
ReplyDeleteVery sneaky ruby you've got there, and my gosh, look at the size of those snowflakes!
ReplyDeleteI think the S-shaped slide is in red - the fresh snow is lovely as it falls with abandon on the landscaped yard. The look is of peace and quiet, the snow a natural sound deadener - very nice to view if not to shovel...
ReplyDeleteoh! i love it, the snow. there's something magical and enchanting about it!
ReplyDeletei looked hard and can't find it...wait! was it the slide!
Pretty red slide showing through the flakes.
ReplyDeleteI clicked to enlarged and saw it!

very nice shot. i grew up in a tropical climate and never experienced seeing snowflakes falling from the sky. thanks for sharing this pic.
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to say I love your little candle lanterns around the birdbath. I am a big fan of burning candles in the yard. I always have a whole bunch in my yard during the summer. I put them in jars and I have a few lanterns too. It is so peaceful to watch them all burning whether I'm sitting outside or watching them through my living room window. That is a beautiful capture of the nighttime snow.
