While at La Posada Hotel I took these. They were in the outskirts of the Courtyard Garden I posted previously.

The flowers reminded me so much of a Hibiscus (Rose of Sharon) tree I have at home. Only they were a stalk type flower. I really liked the stalk variety. I will post the Rose of Sharon Later this week.

A Courtyard Fit for Reading

I really love court yard Gardens. there is just something peaceful about them. On Our trip to Arizona we visited the La Posada Hotel the “last great railroad hotel”. It was built in 1929 for the Santa Fe Railway and is one of America’s treasures. Some of you might remember the Harvey Girls, this is one of the places you could find them. Anyway enough of that! Maybe I'll tell more on another blog. Back to the court yards... this place had a very nice one I could of stayed and read a whole book there.
