Ruby Tuesday- A Ruby View

The Photos below are the Rubies I see while sitting in my Gazebo. I love this time of year when the birds are working hard on their nest and little animals are playing, hoping for offspring. There is a lot of activity in my yard this year. I will be trying to capture it on film for your viewing.
Love sitting in the Gazebo with my coffee in the early morning. My view is of the flower garden for you.
From inside the Gazebo I see all these Rubies. I think once this cast is off I will plant some more and get to the thinning out and trimming. but until then....It's all natural!

The view through the Netting.

Here's a close up of the Hummingbird feeder.
The other day a Hummingbird visited when the feeder was not up.
Still waiting to catch one on my lens.
Oh.. those roses are just opening up!
I would love to cut one for the house.

The tea rose is just right.
I wish you could smell them!

Don't forget to check out more rubies at Work of the Poet. There are many from all around the world.
If you are visiting please leave your link for me to return to you and visit. Please note I will delete spam for this list.

Our Sparrows are busy in their house. then there are the Rabbits, Chasing each other all around the yard. We saw a hummingbird Saturday so out went the feeder. Spring is in full swing and summer is around the corner.

Ruby Tuesday- Street Festival

While at the Japanese Cherry Blossom Festival in DC, we went to the LARGEST Street Festival. It was so much fun, this was the first time we had been to the Street Festival. The Tents went on for miles, I could have walked for hours. However the hubby, daughter and boyfriend all could not keep up and so I walk around mostly by myself. Thought I would show some Rubies I saw. You could Walk with me.

Ruby Tuesday- Ruby in the Sand

Visit Mary at Work of the Poet for more Rubies.

We love walking on the Beach in the Sunset! Last visit to Virginia Beach we just did that.

The weather was breezy and just right.

Walking down to the end of the Boardwalk......

I came upon this Shipwreck play ground.
Loved that the teens, adults and kids were all enjoying it.

Aah... Just to sit and watch
Time to head back.. Night is falling.

We will return in the summer to the Gardens of the Beach.. to play and find more Rubies in the Sand.

Blue Monday-Bonsai's

While at the National Cherry Blossom Festival, we attended the largest Japaneses street festival. Our National Bonsai Foundation had a tent there showing Bonsai trees. I have always been fascinated with these trees. Maybe one day I was break down and purchase on. They take a great deal for time to maintain.

A traditional one we see here in the States

This is one I fell in love with. A Cherry Tree one...
"Sakura Bonsai"
